Held to CQL
The Council on Quality and Leadership accredits Sovereign against the same standards used for the country's most complex care environments. Most Indiana home care agencies are not CQL-accredited. We built around it from day one.

Medicaid Waiver Ready
We accept private pay, long-term care insurance, Workers' Comp, Medicaid, and Medicare. We're one of the few Indiana agencies that handles the Waiver paperwork start-to-finish, including Residential Habilitation and Attendant Care.

Our story
Why we built Sovereign
Most home care is priced in hours. Sovereign measures it differently. By whether a family sleeps easier on Wednesday than they did on Sunday. By whether the woman who's been with your mother for six months knows which tea she drinks in the afternoon, and which show she watches while she drinks it.
Sovereign Care Services was founded in 2017 by a healthcare veteran with 30 years in the field. We built the agency around CQL quality standards from the first day. Nine years later, we serve families across every Indiana county, with our deepest roots in Lake, Porter, Marion, and Tippecanoe.

We come to you. Same week, usually same day if the need is urgent. Your family meets the person who would lead the care plan.

A caregiver is matched. Your family gets a weekly check-in from Sovereign, not a monthly invoice with nothing attached.
